Lorenzo Roybal

Hello, I’m Lorenzo! This is my fourth year as the YCC crew leader. I have a strong passion for acequias and for helping landowners. I plan to graduate from the University of New Mexico with bachelors in General Business Management. Over the years working with the ERASWCD YCC crew, I’ve gained lifelong connections and valuable lessons. These experiences have strengthened my passion, and I look forward to finding new ways to work with landowners in the future.

Annalee Archuleta

Hello, my name is Annalee Archuleta. I am from Santa Cruz, NM. I am a junior at Highlands New Mexico University, where I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation. I have been a YCC student for 4 consecutive years as both a Crew Member and Crew Leader. My current position is a YCC Crew Leader. I have gained many skills while working with the ERASWCD YCC and gained a passion for natural resource conservation as well as GIS (Geographic Information Systems).

Ariana sandoval

Hello, my name is Ariana. I’m from Petaca, NM. This is my fourth year as a YCC crew member. I am attending Northern New Mexico college for my bachelors degree in business admission.

I learned many workforce skills working with East Rio Arriba SWCD.

Adam Jaramillo

Good day to all, my name is Adam Jaramillo. This is my second year with ERASWCD YCC. I am from La Mesilla, New Mexico. I enjoy everything outdoors from hiking to camping and putting my skill sets to use in any capacity I can. I plan on attending NMSU for my ME degree. More insight into who I am, as a person, I enjoy going out into the field and performing elevation surveys and making maps through Arc Pro, making these tasks easier and more comprehensible for others to complete and perform.

Yaritza Torres

Hello, my name is Yaritza Torres. This is my second year working with East Rio Arriba Soil and Water Conservation. I’m from Medanales NM. I’m currently attending Northern NM college, and going for my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. After I get my degree I plan on going in for my Nursing degree. I have learned many skills from working with the East Rio Arriba Soil and Water as well as with the YCC.

Arlena Pacheco

Hello, my name is Arlena Pacheco. I am from Velarde, NM. This is my first year as a YCC crew member. I am currently a senior attending Mesa Vista High School. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, hunting, sports, and traveling.

After highschool I plan on attending college and majoring in biology.

Valery Martinez

Hello, My name is Valery. I am from El Rito, NM. This is my first year as a YCC crew member. I am attending Mesa Vista High school. After high school I plan on attending college and majoring in the Medical field.

My hobbies are sports, hunting, and fishing.
